Planning Department: Appeal of Planning Commission Decision for a home occupation permit for an outdoor wedding venue in the Rural-Residential zone. Property located at 42268 Pocahontas Rd. Baker City, Oregon.

e. 10:00 a.m. Executive Session per ORS 192.660 (2)(h): To Consult with Counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. The Commissioners will return to regular session immediately following the executive session. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
