NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on the proposed Ordinance No. 2026-01 In the matter of PA-25-224 to amend the Baker County Comprehensive Plan to add the Baker Blue Granite Quarry to the mineral and aggregate inventory. A draft copy of the Ordinance can be found on the County website www.bakercountyor.gov under the "What's New" tab. The Baker County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing of the Ordinances on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Chambers of the Baker County Courthouse, located at 1995 Third Street, Baker City, Oregon 97814.
