HB4056 suspended all Oregon Counties from taking deed to foreclosed property until December 3 1, 2025.This suspension is expiring.

In Compliance with ORS 312.190 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the redemption of real properties, included in the 2023 delinquent tax lien foreclosure proceedings instituted by Baker County, Oregon on August 21, 2023, in the Circuit Court of the State of Oregon for Baker County, Case No. 23CV33952 and included in the General Judgment and entered  herein on September 25, 2023, and will expire on January 26, 2026.

All properties ordered sold under said General Judgment, unless redeemed before January 26, 2026, will be deeded to Baker County, Oregon, on expiration of said period of redemption, and every right and interest of any person in such properties will be forfeited forever to Baker County, Oregon.
