PUBLIC NOTICE The Baker County Commissioners will be meeting on Friday, September 10, 2021 at 2:00 p.m., Monday, September 13, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. and Wednesday, September 14, 2021 at 9:45 a.m. for an Executive Session per ORS 192.660 (2)(h): To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. Executive sessions are closed to the public, but the Commissioners will return to regular session immediately following the executive session for any decisions that need to be made. The meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Courthouse at 1995 Third Street, Baker City, Oregon. Zoom will not be available for these sessions.
