Baker County is soliciting project proposals for FTA Section 5310 Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Formula Program 2021-2023. This program funds eligible capital, mobility management, contracted service, and preventive maintenance projects for transportation agencies servicing seniors and individuals with disabilities. This federal funding program is intended to improve mobility for seniors and individuals with disabilities by removing barriers to transportation service and expanding transportation mobility options.

Proposals can be up to $163,000, detailed, have verifiable match funds, and follow all protocols in the 5310 Guidance document.

Project proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. February 24, 2021. Submit proposals to Doni, Transportation Grants Administrator, 1995 Third St., Baker City, OR 97814 or dbruland@bakercounty.org.
