PUBLIC NOTICE The Baker County Commissioners will be meeting on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. for an Executive Session per ORS 192.660 (2)(a): To consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent and ORS 192.660 (2)(h): To consult with counsel concerning the legal rights and duties of a public body with regard to current litigation or litigation likely to be filed. Executive sessions are closed to the public, however, the Commissioners will return to regular open session immediately following the executive session for any decisions that need to be made. The meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Courthouse at 1995 Third Street, Baker City, Oregon. Zoom will not be available for this session.
