ARTICLE_10: MAJOR PARTITIONS MINOR PARTITIONS

SECTION 1007 APPROVAL OF MINOR AMENDMENTS

A minor amendment to an approved preliminary subdivision or partition plan or to an approved final subdivision plat or final partition plat may be approved by the Director.
